Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

    To initiate a return, please fill out the form below or email us at admin@threadstateclothing.com with the following information:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return & Photos (if item is defective or damaged.)

    (Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised items

    • Sale items

    • Items not damage or defected

    • Items returned after 14 days
